New to Therapy?

 

Step One

You may be second guessing yourself, wondering if you truly need therapy. It is completely normal to feel hesitant or even afraid to start therapy. Start off with a free 15 minute, no strings attached phone consultation. During your consultation call you will get a good idea about my style as a counselor and we can discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Step Two

Next comes scheduling your first therapy session. I offer sessions in-person and online through a HIPAA secured Telehealth platform.
Simply click “Request Appointment” and fill out the form with your information, then pick a time that works best for you. If you do not see the time you are looking for then give me a call directly.

Step Three

Arrive to your scheduled therapy session and take a long deep breath because you made it here. At The Therapy Loft, I aim to create a comfortable atmosphere for your therapeutic journey.
